Effective Date: These terms will become effective only upon the official commercial launch of the product. Any usage of the product before the official launch date is governed by separate terms.

Introduction

This document outlines the Terms of Service and License Agreement for the product provided by Code Vision s.r.o.. By using the product, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such an entity to these terms.

License Grant

Code Vision s.r.o. grants you a non-exclusive, ongoing license to use the product components and templates based on your purchased license type.

1. End-User License

This license is perpetual and allows the use of the product in applications where end-users do not pay for access (e.g., company intranet applications).

You can:

• Use the product in a single project that is not monetized or sold to end users.
• Modify the product components to create derivative works within the licensed project.
• Receive free updates for the first year after purchasing the license.

You cannot:

• Use the product for multiple projects under a single End-User License.
• Use it to create applications that will be sold or require paid access.
• Redistribute product components or derivative works separately.
• Share access to the product with other individuals or entities.
• Use the product to create and distribute a product that functions as a UI component library or a tool that replicates its core functionality.
• Use the product in open-source projects or make your project open-source if it includes product components.

2. OEM License

An OEM License is required for using the product in commercial applications, such as CRM, ERP, MES, or any other software that is redistributed for a fee to third parties.

You can:

• Use the product in unlimited commercial applications.
• Modify the product components to create custom solutions within commercial projects.
• Receive free updates for the first year after purchasing the license for commercial applications.

You cannot:

• Redistribute product components separately from an End Product.
• Share access to the product outside your organization.
• Use the product to create another UI component library, framework, or competing product.
• Use the product in open-source projects.

Definitions

• Licensee: The individual or entity that has purchased a license for the product.
• Components: The source code and design elements provided by the product.
• End Product: Any product that incorporates product components.
• End User: A user of the End Product.
• Client: An entity receiving a custom-built solution that includes product components.

Examples of Allowed Usage

• Creating a company intranet application using the End-User License.
• Building a CRM, ERP, or SaaS application for resale with the OEM License.
• Developing a self-hosted commercial application that is sold for a one-time fee under the OEM License.

Examples of Prohibited Usage

• Creating an open-source project that includes product components.
• Developing and selling a UI framework based on product components.
• Offering a website builder that enables end users to modify designs using product components.
• Redistributing product components separately from a larger product.
• Using a single End-User License for multiple projects.

Intellectual Property

The product and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Code Vision s.r.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Liability

Code Vision s.r.o. is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the product.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, contact info@unfoldadmin.com.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the courts of Slovakia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to existing users.
